After an initial conversation and the completed briefing, the development of your new visual identity begins. This initial process is essential, where I will develop the brand’s concept, style and all its signatures, along with applications, such as stationery, packaging and social media posts.

TOAST AND BUTTER

This package includes the services offered in the MILK AND COOKIES package + web services, such as a landing page and/or a full website.

The construction of the pages in HTML or any other platform (Wix, WordPress, SquareSpace) is not included. This step must be carried out by a programmer (indicated by me or by the client).

FISH AND CHIPS

It’s the SOCIAL MEDIA package. You can only choose this one if you include the MILK AND COOKIES previously. It is mandatory because only after the visual identity is created will I have the necessary material (colors, typography, patterns) to create the layouts.

There are two contract options for this package:

1 | This option covers all layout creation for social media. Based on the already defined editorial calendar, the following will be done:

  • Bio definition (Instagram)
  • Banners (Facebook and LinkedIn)
  • Layouts for static posts in the feed and stories (Facebook and Instagram)
  • Highlight icons (Instagram)

2 | The client creates their own posts using templates provided in Canva Pro (recommended). The editable files will follow the colors, fonts, and logo of the previously created visual identity.

MAC AND CHEESE

This is the custom package, where you can include the specific services your business needs

It follows the same concept as the previous package: you can only choose this package if you include the MILK AND COOKIES package. For more specific services, such as menus, table displays, invitations, calendars, flyers, tags, stickers, labels, packaging etc., please contact me providing all the information so that I can prepare a detailed quote.

HOW IT WORKS?

1. planning and preparation

During this phase, I will get to know you and your business. I will send you a quote proposal. Once everything is approved, you will sign the contract and pay a down payment (a percentage of the total project value, which can range from 30% to 50%). But before I start working, you will fill out a briefing provided by me. Along with this document, we will schedule a 30-minute call so I can learn more about you, your company, and your goals. I will gather all the information and begin developing the mood board and style of your visual identity, as if it were a brand strategy document: your vision, brand personality and fundamental values.

2. visual identity development

In the visual identity design process, I will present one concept, which includes the primary, secondary and responsive logo, color palette, typography, patterns, and examples of your brand in various pieces, such as business cards, print materials, packaging, or social media posts. I choose to present only one visual identity concept because it allows me to explore and spend more time on it, in addition to saving you money by not developing more than one.

3. minor adjustments

In this phase, we will further refine the concept to create the best solution for your brand. We will go through up to two rounds of adjustments.

4. file delivery and visual identity manual

The logo will be provided in various file formats (EPS, PDF and PNG) and in multiple versions – vertical, horizontal, positive and negative + avatar for Instagram, LinkedIn and Facebook.

And finally, the brand application manual in digital format. It is a technical document that contains a set of specifications and rules for the correct use of the brand. To find out everything the manual contains, access the FAQ.
